The hospital is paid by you, directly
Treatment money goes straight from you to the hospital. Our fee is separate, fixed and agreed before you book.

Hospital fees
If a hospital pays us, you'll know the amount
Some hospitals pay facilitators a fee. If a hospital pays us anything for your case, we tell you the amount in writing before you choose that hospital. It never changes the price the hospital charges you.
Facilitators are often paid by hospitals without the patient ever knowing. We think you should see it, so it's on the same page as the hospital's quote and our fee. We sign arrangements only with hospital companies, never with individual doctors.

What we never take money for
Money from doctors
We never take payments, gifts or commissions from individual doctors.
Paid ranking
Hospitals can't buy a higher place in our lists or a 'featured' badge. The order you see is ours.
Markups on your bill
The hospital invoices you directly. We never add anything to its price.
Holding hospital money
We never collect treatment payments on a hospital's behalf.

Do hospitals that pay you get recommended more?
No. We ask for opinions from more than one accredited hospital where we can, and you see each hospital's own quote side by side. Any fee a hospital pays us is shown next to its quote, so you can judge for yourself.
Can I see the hospital's own price list?
Yes. The quote comes from the hospital on its letterhead, itemised, and you pay the hospital directly. We pass it on unchanged.
What if I choose a hospital you have no arrangement with?
That's fine. Our fee is the same, and we coordinate your trip in the same way. Some hospitals pay facilitators nothing at all.
When do I pay your fee?
Only after you've seen the written proposal and decided to go ahead. It's paid to us separately, before you travel, and the patient service terms explain refunds.
